Cee Cee North On The Bay Policies

 

It is a requirement that all guests carefully review and understand our policies prior to booking their stay.  These policies have been established for safety reasons and to ensure that all guests have a positive experience during their stay with us.  We are an Adult Only Bed and Breakfast.

 

Reservation Policy

• Check in:  3 p.m.   In order to not disturb other guests, check in is not permitted after 9 p.m. 

• Check out:  11 a.m.

• Two night minimum stay, seven night maximum stay.  Three night minimum stay on long weekends.

 

Cancellation Policy

• Full refund 14 days prior to your arrival date.  Within 14 days of arrival your deposit is non-refundable.  A $25 third party transaction fee is withheld on cancellations to cover this charge.

• Early departures are non refundable.

 

General Policies

• “Property” denotes inside the Bed and Breakfast building and outside, ie the entire exterior grounds.

• Quiet hours are 9 p.m. until 8 a.m. on the property.

• We are a non-smoking property, including no vaping.  Burning of candles, use of essential oil diffusers and cooking are not permitted.  A fee equivalent to a two night stay will be processed for cleaning, replacing damaged furniture, etc. should this policy be violated.

• Dining is not permitted in the Guest Suites.  A fee equivalent to a two night stay will be processed for cleaning, etc. should this policy be violated.

• A wood burning fire pit is located on the shoreline for guest use and guests are responsible to ensure it is fully extinguished prior to leaving the area.

• The propane fire pit is located on the patio for guest use and guests are responsible to ensure it is turned off prior to leaving the area.

• Two guests maximum per suite, no additional guests permitted on the property.

• Although we love pets, we are a non-pet property.

• Parking is provided for one vehicle per guest suite.

• If you have dietary needs, we will do our best to accommodate them with advanced notice of your arrival.

• Unfortunately we are not wheelchair friendly.  The breakfast room requires guests to access via stairs.
